There is nothing that has a beginning that has no end. I believe that the herdsmen attack can be stopped or at least reduced to insignificant effect.

State police or armed vigilante group is the only way out. We do know that state police has its obvious disadvantage but a solution is better than no solution.

The state police can be limited to operate in rural and sub urban areas. Their activities can be closely monitored by the men of the SSS. The capital cities can still be under the security watch of federal police.

The people under the target of the herdsmen need protection and we must give it to them at all most.

We keep talking about self defense. How can the people who don't have access to arm defend themselves?
