African-American women are  the ones making so much fuss about "man shortage". But we do not have scarcity of men to marry in Nigeria.

In America, there are more unemployed men than women, and of course jobless single men are not eligible bachelors.

Most women will be afraid to date a jobless man if his future is bleak.

So, there is really no shortage of men, but shortage of eligible bachelors.

If your man has lost his job, please do not dump him.
That is when he needs you most.
See how you can help him to become self-employed or bear with him until he gets a good and legit job.

Job security or financial security makes a man to be confident to date and marry, but without such security he is afraid of getting hooked or hitched.

If women are ready to marry men regardless of their class, creed or colour, then they will not complain of man shortage.

The assumption of man shortage is not what anyone can dismiss without understanding the problem and how it affects the millions of single women in America and Nigeria.

You see why single women are having relationships with married men in America and young single women are having babies for married men in Nigeria or you see one man having five different girlfriends

My American friend has 10 girlfriends in different cities in the United States and he came to Nigeria and proposed to marry a Nigerian woman who fell for his sweet tongue. Then he returned to America to continue playing around with his girlfriends and he is in his 40s. He even boasted that he got one of them pregnant. His girlfriends are being misled until they end up as old maids or senior singles who whine about man shortage.
They would have been married years ago, but they were chasing after players who took them for a ride and dumped them.
So, the sooner they stop chasing the bling bling the better their chances of finding good men to marry.

many ladies are the architect of their own failure. Many of them cannot deny the fact that at certain point in their lives they have not encounter good and nice men who were serious with them and who wanted the best for them.
