Nope..the starter bar will just start from a lower level.. but by the time we done with filling the compound and interlocking we would be on thesame level with just one step into the two wings and same with the stairwell...

But we don't want concrete underneath the stairwell but interlocking .. hence it's left the way it is

When the stairwell and the german floor is on thesame level.. you sure can.. but in this case the starter bar would be done from the foundation level

It is better you cast your German floor with your starter bar for the stairs instead of breaking the German floor again.

But don't u think starter bar for breaking german floor has higher advantage maybe for space adjustment? something may warrant repositioning of space...

2. Reinforcement
