Does Goodluck Jonathan have the right to order IGP Onovo to arrest anybody simply on the dictate of the Vice President? I thought Nigeria is operating on the watchful eyes of democracy where such order to arrest anybody such as former governor should be a matter of the court. If Goodluck Jonathan issues such an order, I assume that Onovo should tell the VP to seek proper channel. |
