Students Union Reject University Decision Concerning Hostel Evacuation and Closure as the Director of DSS Said Only the Governor Has Powers to Shutdown the University.

In Response to the Press Release
the Benue State University Students Union have received a circular from an unknown personal, we found faults in the following areas:
1. Not letter Headed
2. We are Students not Miscreants
3. No infiltration in the Hostels

From the above faults we the Student's Union consider your press release not #Logical enough and it makes no sense to send us home owning to the fact that we are only advocating for a soft landing in the course of our Exams and new Policy of no Exam no school Fees.

The Student's Union here by orders that all Students Occupied the university campus
The gate is opened and the students are to stay in their hostels, as Negotiations are Ongoing
