I felt I needed to ask coz I was going through some dog shows and the rottweilers did not necessarily have a box head. And I made some Google Search, most articles states that the box head or blockhead is not necessarily a standard requirement. Some articles even mentioned that the head is derived from earlier pit bull crossing In the ancestry of the dog.

Although Wikipedia stated that the head must be broad. However, the measurement did not equate to some massive rottweiler heads we have seen here.
