A friend confided in me that longtime would embark on projects without informing her. One time, he applied for the job, did the interview and aptitude test but didn’t inform her until he had started working. Quite naturally, she was upset about being left out. 1. Be understanding

You shouldn’t be out to pick a fight. Ask him as gently as possible why he doesn’t feel comfortable with sharing with you. It should be a mature conversation, not an argument or blame game
