Gabriela Jirackova is said to own 300 of the American toy dolls and recently underwent her first surgical procedure to take her natural C cup size breasts up to a G. And already has plans for more cosmetic work, including butt implants, rib removals and even bigger breast implants to help her perfect her ‘living doll’ look.
