Anambra owns three giant rice milling plants with numerous small mills, Ebonyi one giant plant with many small mills, same with Enugu Adani rice milling plant, can you just show us one milling plant in West.

funny list. after kebbi in nigeria, jigawa follows. dangote has started a giant rice mill in Hadejia in jigawa capable of processing 16metric tonnes per day of rice padding. massive investment is been made in lieu of when the government becomes serious about closing borders and banning rice importation from Thailand. there is everything on ground to encourage massive production of rice in jigawa state from the availability of land to the availability of off takers due to a fact that rice does very well there. tractor companies from China have signed a tripartite agreement with many cooperatives in jigawa for mechanised harvesting of the crop to reduce post harvest wastage which accounts though regrettably for over 50% of the total production. should i shock you? okay.... the rice from indigenous mills in jigawa competes favourably with the foreign ones in terms of finesse.

so let me ask again. who compiled this list that has Anambra, Edo, and ogun but leaves out jigawa

there is a required quantity a state needs to produce in order to be on the list. Therefore, any state that is not mentioned doesn't mean they don't farm rice there.
