Where did you hear this lie? MOT certificate (the useless road worthiness paper that is done without any check) itself has been increased from N1000 to N5000. I just renewed my particulars. With that the total was still N13,000. So how do you mean by implying those fees are not exaggerated even if it is proposed for all the documents not to now talk that your assertion is not true.
