Open your utorrent client, Options > Preference > connection

click advanced, go down till u find nex.max_haldopen.
Click on it, on the value type in 80 and set.

Find net.outgoing port and set as 80 aswell.

this will increase your download speed 1000%.

Click okay and start downloading

It worked for you right? Was your download speed increased by 1000%? Let us know this is real or fake, dont mean to sound rude but I think its ridiculous to get such speed unless you or kosovo can prove me wrong with screen shots of download speed of 1000% on your Utorrent.
