Fellow nairalanders,if there are remedy for high suger level in the body which cause Diabetis then there must be a remedy to reduce high salt level in the body, Do you know? Please what do i do? |

increase your water intake. adults should drink 1/2 an once of fluid for every pound of weight. decrease the amount of sodium you ingest every day. The American Heart Association recommends that for every 1,000 Calories of food consumed, the sodium intake should be 1,000 mg and should not exceed the 3,000 mg daily limit. |

just reduce your sodium intake. buy foods with little to no salt. unsalted snacks/foods. read labels and know their sodium servings. when cooking foods reduce your the amount of salt you put it. overall just simply watch your salt intake, your body still needs salt but just monitor your intake levels. also remember reduce salt intake have a positive effect on your blood pressure |

This is a topic pple are shy to discuss. I am a hyperhidrosis patient,i have sweaty palms nd feet most of the time. But my hope is regain so far as millions of pple suffer this also i dont think salt is the cause for most people,some inherit this embarrasing disease like me |
