@Masters p: What operating system are you running? If it is Windows XP, do you have .NET framework installed? If not, then the unlock program will not work. You will have to get to Microsoft's website to get that or Google it up.
If your OS is Windows Vista or 7, then the application should work correctly because they come with .NET framework pre-installed. If it is not running, then your downloaded file may have been corrupt and you need to download another

Its a nice things u have done man, but ldo you known this is an avenue through some peeps get their daily bread, you shouldnt have make it go public. anyone who cant pay for his/her modem to be unlocked should go through the pain and sleepless night to get the software to unlock it themselves.

Shut Up! its because of people like you that Nigeria does not Develop! whats wrong with unlocking a modem free! the person who developed the software for unlock, did he charge for it?
