It will be difficult for Nigerians to forgive pdp's 16 or more years of misrule which includes Obasanjo,yaradua,ibband lastly Jonathan. There's nothing wrong with apologising,but apology without turning over a new leaf and making amends is useless. Also not forgetting the fact that majority of the people who make up the apc now were former pdp members and that does not make apc a party of saints neither.
