Ok, so i like coke bt i'v heard its nt so good healthwise. I'm thnkn of switchn 2 hollandia yoghurt and i don't want it 2 b a case of jumpn 4rm fryn pan 2 fire. Any advice, anyone?

havent had hollandia yoghurt before but since the other alternative is a soda, hollandia yoghurt is definintely better

coke is not good for your health apart from d fact that it is carbonated and the thing cn be bloody addcitive. so you mite want to try hollandia youghurt.really nice.

i don't know how you intend to replace one with the other, they taste miles apart
cocacola contains more sugar, so frequent consumption can make you a candidate for diabetes. Hollandia is the better option.

Though both beverages have flavourings, colourings and preservatives which are definitely not healthy for you.
The youghort has milk which contains calcium and is good for strong bones and teeth. Cola does the exact opposite by weakening bones via phosphoric acid , this dissolves calcium in bones and teeth for excretion by the kidneys.

Not so fast my lady, coke is equally as bad as Hollandia you're about to choose. except they launched plain yoghurt into the market recently, what Hollandia has is flavoured yoghurt drinks from strawberry, chocolate, coconut and pinapple to whatever invention they might come up with. These contain ample amounts of sugars, emulsifiers, flavouring, sweeteners etc.

Plain yoghurt is an accquired taste no doubt, but worth it. Once in a while an Hollandia wont hurt, but in controlled amounts. I hope this helps.

My take is that Hollandia is more nourishing than Coke.
I've drastically cut down on my Coke intake too. Was getting addicted.
