It has finally taken place and is a great success. It took place from 23rd to 25th April 2010 in Kano. A lot of interesting talks were given that I cannot list all of them here. There are representations of NITDA , LPI-Nigeria, K.D.E and Free software Foundation Europe (fsfe). Speakers came from Nigeria, Netherlands and Germany.
