Those ones are new generation with average pedigree.
Mhiz wouldn't have amounted to much if not for his praise singers and his beautiful wife in the corner that puts in some brilliant effort here and there to ensure he secures victories.
Nothing prolific about Alberto Del Rio and has been missing in action for awhile.

For those of us who grew up in the '80s, every saturday morning was a chance to see "wrestling". You'd wanna ask why I had that word in quote. I can categorically tell you wrestling in those days cannot stand what have we in contemporary times. Why not grab a sit while we reminisce over these?

1. Hulk Hogan

He was my all time favourite. He hardly loses his fights and sometimes avails himself for an enemy to throw punches at him, all in a bid to exhaust the opponent's energy; and when the time is right to get up, no one can stop him except in very few occasions. He enters the ring saluting the east, west, north and south. His major selling point is ripping his clothes off.

While I agree with you that wrestling is entertainment or a kind of reality TV show,I disagree with the not being real or it being termed fake because of the collateral damage. There are career ending injuries and pain involved if moves are not perfectly executed or perfectly carried out.
Wrestling is scripted and the end result is obviously predetermined.It is kind of like a movie where two super heroes representing good and evil battle each other in a cooperative way in order to work towards a scripted result.(of course the referees are part of the script and skilled performers too).
The injuries are real.

Thanks. The problem with Sid Justice and Diesel Power is that they lost big matches they should have won. So they didn't win many tittles. Edge won big matches you didn't expect him to win. Edge had so much resilience and took his opportunities well.

Not all are scripted though some are scripted.

All are scripted. 100%. No exception. It's pure entertainment. Sometimes mistakes happen and someone gets hurt.

All these people calling wrestling scripted. Yes, their beef, interviews, and most outcomes are scripted. But Abeg, the moves and beatings are real O... So they do plenty of rehearsing and practice to avoid stories that touch.

Call it entertainment, call it scripted, its really fun and can be comedy to watch.

That being said, CENA SUCKS.

Thats what u think, wrestling is well acted out thats y u are advised not to try it at home because it is being acted by professionals.
Boxing and UFC is what u can refer to as real combat not wresling
