I think the President’s visit was not handled properly. Though the Governor of Lagos declared a public holiday, the reason would have been communicated properly. Also, residents of Lagos would have been informed that there maybe major gridlocks due to the President’s visit so that businesses can plan their own logistics or suspend any activities.
