This is actually a very stupid move.If the communion means so much to God,then a Christian should not be prevented from taking it because he doesn't possess a PVC.The pastor just made a mockery of the communion with his unwise activism

Whether he is right or wrong, this man called Buhari needs to leave, but then again the concentration should be who will contest against. As we have seen voting out someone solves nothing it's only a temporary balm to put a cease on our bad feelings. If the suffering continues as it has been in the past 16 years you will be looking to vote the next guy out.

I laugh when i hear people shouting ''Get your voters card lets send Buhari packing''
It's not about getting voters card. How many will come out to vote when its time? What is the need of forcing someone who won't come out to vote to get PVC.?
Make we get am FIRST.....
that's the KoKo...first

The northerners mix politics with religion and that is why they can rule you and your children's destiny. Be fooling yourself there, thinking that you are wise.
They politics with religion that is why Nigeria is still backward. The earlier we remove religion from politics the better for us. If we continue to rub religion with politics, we will continue to remain backward

Cutezt:
Convener and Senior Pastor of Word Assembly, Pastor Philip Igbinijesu has declared that any member without his or her voters card will not be allowed to partake in the church's communion, it was reported that he had earlier made the announcement at the Head quarter church at HI-Tech Road, beside Lagos Business School, and to show his level of commitment to his words, he further reiterated it during the Easter singles conference which was held at the Living Word Camp Ibeju-Lekki and further instructed the resident pastor of the Head Quarter church to re-announce it again on Sunday, he further stated that any church member who doesn't have a voters card is an enemy of Nigeria,Do you think he is right or wrong?

That's the orientation Islam gives Muslims. In fact,Islam forbids Muslims to vote for non Muslims. So if Christians are given such a political education and reorientation its not bad as well. Christians are always insensitive to political issues, and that's why we are having this political instability in Nigeria. Now its operation show your voter's card.

Right from the day of Adam and Eve, religion and politics were interdependent and interwoven. Even the ancient Roman Catholic was never separated from Italian politics.

Be careful so that your good would not be evil spoken of.Besides, how many people take communion? Is it not those born again in the church?Meaning this measure/strong push wont get all those eligible in his church to go get their PVC.Secondly will all his members vote for one person,/party?
I know as Christians we have to exercise our franchise but it's unnecessary to say what he said.If care is not taken, the next thing will be NO PVC NO ENTRANCE INTO THE CHURCH. Christians should understand PVC isn't the major tool we have.Letz wake up

Romans 14:16 NIV

Therefore do not let what you know is good be spoken of as evil.

"Voting is not compulsory, religion shouldn't interfere with politics". It should be compulsory every citizens have a PVC. For identification/verification sake. The pastor is way out of line for his extreme measures for PVC. Maybe he's not trying to interfere with politics rather he wants his member to have the PVC

My only fear about this election is that it might be rigged. Voting may not really be the problem but if the votes would count
