i own a student enrollment agency company in latvia, company name"cartel capital" i plan on opening a branch in nigeria because my company will be enrolling over 10k students from Nigeria. but its a company that will operate on a seasonal base in nigeria, so i was just wondering if i could gather some infos about opening a company in nigeria,
1,is it posible to withdraw your share capital after company has been established?
2, how much is the minimum share capital.
3, what is the present nigerian tax rates for private companies.
