Talking about Salah, he is at his peak and he developed well. Diego Costa was loaned like mad too before he got back to Atletico to cause havoc and then moved to England and back to Atletico. Loaning a player is actually a developmental plan. It is like saying, we have surplus players, you can have him for a while. The dancing on the ball thing is elegance.... How the ball is being moved and played by a player. E. G Neymar is more elegant than Salah.
