you're buying a new phone like you stated, walk into any plaza and buy it be it slop 3g hub or 4gself. just find the price of the phone online be sure it meets your specifications and buy. except you want to buy a fairly used phone that will give you problems, I don't see how a new phone you will flex for years except you're careless will give you troubles
