Young Ghanaian millionaire Ibrahim Daouda well known among peers and social media users as Ibrah has been arrested by the police.

The arrest is said to have been effected yesterday for his alleged involvement in a money laundering scheme.

By now you may have heard the news that popular ‘sakawa’ boy who owns some of the most expensive luxury cars in Ghana, Ibrah 1 has been arrested.

Here’s what you need to know about the arrest;



1. He is being accused of money laundering
2. He is being accused of stealing $600,000
3. Interpol are currently investigating him
4. Officers have already been to his house at Dansoman to gather some information
5. He was arrested on Tuesday night

6. He was trying to fly to South Africa after he got a hint that Police were hunting for him
7. He spent some time in police custody together with some of his boys
8. Ibrah has threatened that he will expose some big men who are also guilty and assisted him to commit the crime
9. He said he is ready to release some key information to the police that will hurt a lot of people
10. Some former friends of his are accusing him of snatching their girls

11. He is expected to report back to the police for further investigation.

12. For now he is restricted from travelling outside the country.
