There are a good amount of professional Nigerians in Britain but they are not sufficiently aware as a community: they have no lobbies, no associations aimed at expressing Nigerian concerns. Yes, granted that blacks are more physical than other races but they don't cause more deaths than other races. Arabs and Latinos, and even whites are more deadly. When you stereotype a particular ethnicity and ascribe certain undesirable attributes to them in a biased way, then that could be termed as hate speech. What he do not understand is that economic situation also plays a role on how volatile or otherwise a certain people or place could be. You did not even mention the barbaric first and second world wars, the savage Yugoslavia war that took place in the 1990's.
