Truth behind NYSC 2018 Batch A Female Kwara Corp Member Amadi's death

My attention has been drawn to online publication of a passed way Corper at yikpata NYSC orientation camp, Kwara state, Nigeria

I want to seize this opportunity to explain what really transpired before the lady's death and dispel some false claims claimed by some reporters without in dept research that led to her death which only exist as a figment of imagination of the enemies of progress.

Corper Eva Amadi with state code number KW/18A/0135 reported to yikpata NYSC orientation camp, edu local government, Kwara state on the said date by the NYSC authority with documents that proved her medical fitness from a state hospital without any indication that she's suffering from 'Seizure' or any case related to illnesses in her body system.
On 24th April, 2018 Amadi was rushed to the camp clinic as a result of kneel fraction she sustained (not dislocation) during Man 'O' war challenge practice other known as 'Tug of war' for the camp forthcoming ceremony.
After awhile, she responded to treatments and played with friends before the next day she felled down when she decided to 'take a work' with friends. She was rushed immediately with oxygen in the camp ambulance to nearby hospital called Share General hospital (20 minute drive from orientation camp, not two (2) hours claimed in reports before she effectually gave up after some minutes she arrived at the hospital during treatments.
Sequel to the reports that says the camp clinic delayed her treatments due to unavailability of medicines/ shortage of experts to guarantee lives, "we are bold to say that we have more than enough professionals staff in the camp clinic to save and secure lives". "We love her as we loved others and we are not happy about her incident", head of clinic clarified me.
The head of clinic head added and described her death as 'accidental' to the fraction she sustained in camp and buttresses that " her death is so painful and sorrowful seeing this horrible death of our corper "....( she busted to tears and failed to continue the interview.
While speaking with some corpers in the orientation camp in other to actualise facts, check and balance, we were made to realised that the clinic staff tried their best inline with their responsibilities to save her life but God took her life instead which is so so painful and a sign of bad omen for us in this state." We pray such won't happen again and safe trip to our various homes after camping and service", she submitted.

The ongoing online posts that says the lady died as a result of poor facilities and drugs lacks credibility, fairness and balance in journalism ethics.
I want to utilise this opportunity to urge our dear prospective corpers out there to please endeavour to under genuine medical and test so as to help and protect them ahead unforeseen contingencies.
We regret the lost and pray for almighty to console her parents and grant her peace.
