I went to two health related organizations recently I was surprised at the efficient and professional way the workers acted. It was not until I saw some foreigners that I knew aha it's headed by foreigners that why my people are this efficient.

Celebrate when we can invent, discover, imitate or copy one in Nigeria or Africa instead of burning cash in overinflated contacts.

Good job LRU. Keep it up. However, I have reservation about commissioning projects not to talk of commissioning one big equipment. It just doesn't add up in my brain.
