You have some points, but if the society/government is bad, why don't we also accuse parents that give birth to children they can't cater for?
If you have the kids u can cater for,then you won't always wait for government and u will be able to love them and properly bring them up.
The problem of these country is even the poulation explosion caused by some myopic people that blame every government for their misfortune instead of taking responsibility for their action

Have you watched the This Is America music video by Childish Gambino? As developed as America is they still have their problems. While we may not match their standards, our problems have been largely created by those who had the money, influence and power to change things for the better but chose not to because of greed.

True, we need more people who have money and are willing to give but almost everyone is scared of giving to the wrong person who may end up jazzing them, killing them or keep coming back to them over and over again.

I gave my last cash to someone I loved and when the person said thank you, I felt I had just gotten a ticket to heaven.
I also gave my last cash to someone and the person asked, "Do I look like I'm a beggar?". I felt like killing him.

Why did you feel like killing him? Because he rejected what you'd to give? The violence in your emotions toward him is no different from what Childish Gambino was reflecting in his music vid. You could have kept your money back in your pocket and move on or find someone else to give and completely ignore the ingrate instead of feeling murderous.
