The Time difference between Saturn and Earth has to do with the Density of Earth as a function of Light from Source through Sol to this part of the Creation. Saturn is the Home of Time, what you call the 4th Dimension, so naturally Frequency Beings at Saturn should be Astral Beings meaning their vibration is quite high, lower wavelengths, higher frequency dimension of Space-Time Continuum on the Spectrum of Light.

Regarding the worship of Saturn, well, there is a point to that during the days of Sabath as worship days, which were Saturdays, aka Saturn Day, but as knowledge evolved, there was need to begin to worship the Sun, Sol.
