Guess Ure trying to get a passport. after paying online and fill the neccesary forms, one of them that u will print out is the guarantor form. it will be filled by someone with a valid passport and you will make photocopy of his passport datapage. you will now take d Guarantor form to magistrates or high court for signing. that's all. it shouldn't cost u more than 200 -1000 to sign at the Court, depending on ur location

Madam go to nearest passport office spent 25 k to 30k and get your passport without all this stress.
Also please note this days their is scarcity of passport booklets so if you want to get yours please get some officer and get it done.

I applied online already...there was nothing like guarantor's form to be printed out, it was only acknowledment slip nd receipt that was available for printing

pls recheck. or you applied for a renewal? instead of 1st issuance? get someone around you to assist, because if you go to immigration office with major mistakes, they will squeeze u dry oo.


d mistake I made was putting my place of birth as Nigeria instead of Ilorin and I parted with 5k after pressing some buttons.

So get someone around, or u go to the immigration office where you have booked you interview. they will guide you further
