*Head Chef-Person Specifications;*

- B.Sc or HND from a recognized institution of learning

- Proven experience working with an afrocentric resturant

- Knowledge of indigenous African dishes and continental cusines.

*Resturant Manager - Person Specifications;*

- Bachelor’s degree in Food science or a related discipline

- Proven experience working with an afrocentric resturant

- Knowledge of continental cuisines would be regarded as an added advantage

- Must possess exceptional coordination skills and business acumen.
