I proceeded to use a BP evaluator online i was told i have Isolated Systolic Hypertension based on the info i supplied and that my systolic blood pressure is elevated {dont even know what it means}. The mention of hypertension is giving me headache. Doctors Pls am i normal? Help somebody

Mine is 162 over something

Still alive and kicking

High BP is just an effect usually of a stresssed out person

Learn to relax

you didn't specify your age range neither did you specify whether you rested a while prior to carrying out the test. B.P tests are best done by a medical personnel or someone who knows how to run the test in the morning after you wake but still in bed.

No thank you

I have always been hyper active from childhood

I am a workaholic, I don't sleep beyond 2 hours , I smoke so I know I have alot of issues that can make my bp high

Having said that your concern is much appreciated

The life we choose

Slowly but surely, you're killing yourself. Better stop that evil lifestyle. Even after the 6th day, God rested.
