Jaaziah Peters was born in Tanke a village in Ilorin, Kwara state, Nigeria; on the 17th of September 1983.

He studied Fine and Applied Arts At the Kwara state college of education, in Ilorin, Kwara state. In December 2013, he initiated the MPFF program under RSI; RAIN SPEECH INTERNATIONAL. MPFF is an acronym for: "MAKE PLANS FOR THE FUTURE" where by he goes around with his RSI team to hold FREE symposium for students in secondary schools.

He taches things that are not taught in a formal school setting, thereby preparing these adolescents for the real world. He is a profound keynote speaker. In 2018, the company, RAIN SPEECH INTERNATIONAL was revamped and restructured, under the supervision of Mrs Monisola Ilori and Apostle David Majasan.

The services of RSI was extended to primary schools and the British accent/diction training was introduced into the curriculum of what Jaaziah peters and the RSI team teaches.

He has written several books and audio programmes. He is Married to Blessing Jaaziah and they are blessed with children.
