With the estimate above,
We will cultivate 1000 stands,
Which will produce minimum of 40000 yeilds/annum,
But our calculation is bases on 20000yields/a,
Each produce is sold Raw to organic ready market at the wholesale rate of 2000 against the current MKT value of 3k/produce.

13,055,000-40,000,000= 26,945,000 in the first year.
Project life span = 10YRs
