Funny you. It isn't easy to be a coach and instruct the likes of Zlatan, Thiago Siva, Cavani, Dani Alves, David Luiz, and Neymar(a world record signing).
To me, he is better and well experienced, as compared to Mikel Arteta.

This man doesn't need array of super stars to succeed. Go and check his records in Spain with Sevilla and Valencia respectively...i think he won the Europa League 3 years consecutively with a very low budget and few star players with Sevilla.

He won 3 trophies in his debut season in France and has not failed to win at least a trophy each season since then.

Considering the fact that he can bring the best out of a crop of players and work with low budget (which Arsenal FC is known for), as he did with Valencia and Sevilla, I will choose him over most of those that are bn linked with d job.

To me, he's a huge upgrade to Mikel Arteta, and a very good plus for Arsenal.
