Why was a drug abuser allowed into the Army?

Because Nigeria army are the real government officials drugs abusers. Using it to go about intimidating unarmed civilians and agitators.

Same goes to Nigerian politicians's kids. They can get codeine anytime and they are using it on daily basis in schools, making them looking down on the electorate that voted their corrupt parents into those positions.
