Whether the NPF officers are paid millions of naira each month or not, corruption will always remain. Why? Corruption is the life blood of this geopolitical joke called Nigeria. It has nothing to do with NPF.Look around and you'll see the same thing everywhere.Bankers,Lawyers,Doctors,Nurses,Business men,Security guards, even religious clerics are all corrupt.

A typical Nigerian will NOT be happy working in a place where they can't get kick backs or do "runs".Even if they are paid N500,000 a month, they will not be happy unless something sinister goes on there that brings in "daily money".It's the 9ja mentality at work. . .not necessarily restricted to the NPF.Some of the posters here are far worse than NPF.A lot of them are terrorists in their place of work so give it a rest abeg.

End of!

Even in the developed worlds, there is coruption(undercovered)  or otherwise.
what we should be debating here is how to reduce the level of coruption,we  are all at fault,we the citizens got a big roal to play.
we corupt all this public workers, why?,we are all the time in a  hurry at public places to be attended to.
rehabilitation of all various security agencies, all public services, employ qualified profesionals, increase  salaries to atract more  educated people in thus sectors .
i know is  not gonna be easy, just as it has never been easy here in the developed society.but it is really posible to reduce the level of coruption, and with time plus sacrifies  from both govt policies and we the citizens,
press, and so on.
yes we can, god bless  nig.

Seun @ you must have live a long time outside the shore of this country. it's amazing you are thinking of what is right for omo opo(children of widow) when they are there thinking of how to get another wife or increase their concubine. Empathy for that matter

What is good about the news? This is not the first time they have said this. Let them implement it first. After all, it might take them another seven months to do so, if at all.
