Hi gurus in the house. I am using an old Nokia phone (cnt rmba d name bt I will post pics below). I like it because it makes me look unconventional.

The problem is anytime I put airtel SIM in it (which is my main line), anything dt ends with harsh stops working (like acct balance, recharge etc).

Bt if I use MTN SIM everything will work well.

I hv called Airtel customer care, they cudnt help, jst ranting.

Pls help!

If other Airtel sims work except ur sim, then the problem might be that ur sim is too flat (probably due to wear), if that's the case, u can do a Sim swap nd get a new Sim.

Its a Nokia 6230i model, like someone else said try other airtel simcards on the phone and see how it goes, if it works well on it , just retrieve your number to a new simcard.
