i guess the "elite" here might be referring to their "abroad" status and not necessarily family background.

It's annoying that the good and beautiful side of Nigeria was not shown on the programme. How can such documentary help or encourage the foreigners to come to Nigeria and Nigerians abroad to come home and invest.
