This is a good idea but I think it will be better if Abia state is completely burned to the ground and all its inhabitants resettled in other igbo states so that the land can be used as public cemetry for all igbo people. Right now, land for burial is becoming scarce in igboland due to scarcity of land and how land is used. So since Abia state has remained useless all these years, this measure will offer them a great opportunity to become useful to Igbos.

How will a sane Government take #35,000 to #36,000 monthly from tricycle riders that have to go through thick and thin to make ends meet.
