Federal Polytechnic Oko Lecturers and Staffs has been on strike for over 2 weeks now according to DME Pyper, but suddenly set up Exam's On Monday being 11th June in the absense of almost all students without calling off the strike.

The Development made all student rush down down to school immediately but Some who traveled to long distance locations missed the Exams.

According to Details Reaching us, The Exam was not set by the Lecturers, it was Set by the school Management in the Absense of Lecturers.

Dme Pyper Posted the experience on his Facebook Timeline.

Joseph Precious, known by his stage name DME Pyper is a Performing Artiste Studying Mass Communication in Federal Polytechnic OKO, Anambra State. According to him, he was just returning from a Show which was held in Enugu and heading back to his base in Lagos when he got the information from a fellow coursemate and had to Return back to OKO without any Preparation. Education in this country expeciary higher institution can be very frustrating sometimes they act as if student worth nothing without proper consultation in abroad they have proper communication service even while here in Nigeria they do send their information regarding their school calendar.

If the student can come up with one mind, they can defeet all this nonsence with one voice.

The problem with the student is not knowing that they're the customer and therefore the king.

If they say we will not come to school until you change no lecturer will work.

Am a student of okopoly. As a final year student. You are not meant to travel far our school brought out exam timetable. But issues started when asup wanted the school to pay them arrears, so right now few departments are writing exams. Departments believed to be sabotauers of asup. Lecturers are aware of the exams. And due timetable brought out for it. You can't serve two masters at the same time. I couldn't travel because I knew the strike won't last long...
