Our client, an indigenous firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers seeks to employ experienced and competent Estate Surveyor for their operations.

Job Description:
• Leading and sales of properties under company management.
• Carry out inspections and prepare a schedule of dilapidation.
• Rent and service charge collection and other statutory fees payments.
• Repair and maintenance of properties.
• Legal and tax advisory services on company's properties.
• Customer service and marketing preparation and for new and existing projects.

Qualifications
• Candidates must possess HND or B.Sc with 3 years post NYSC experience
• Proficient in the use of computer and ability to drive will be added advantages

Salary: According to industry standard
