People are quick to shout bookworm but forgot that he had his 6 years workload spread over 10 years for him. I wish I had that privilege also because Engineering isn't same as business science courses.

Was he the only one who had it spread out that way yet had no distinctions, by the way some people are still to resit this same exams. If they spread out your courses over 20 years, your grade will not change significantly. So give honour to whom it is due.

It depends. Go to private schools where the NUC regulated workload they share with public unis are doubled by the extra theological and entrepreneurial courses they impose upon them. Go there and tell them that having double workload in less time doesn't affect grades significantly.
Why do you think students perform generally better in semesters with less workloads?

Please learn to celebrate those that deserve to be celebrated, it won't take anything from.
In LAUTECH medical school, nobody ever had 6 distinctions. Somebody bagged 8 distinctions, you are now saying it is nothing spectacular.

Go and make findings from people about Lautech medical school and from Examiners from the Likes of UI, they will tell you one of the toughest Med schl in terms of everything in Nigeria is Lautech.

Lautech had aways graced Nairalands frontpage in the past, but only with news of incessant strikes and dispute concerning the ownership.

But now we have something good coming out of the institution, please mods do well by moving this to front page, let everyone know something really good can come out of the great citadel. Let's celebrate this young man.
