Find below the Construction Material distributor's price index for the the 1st part of 2018. These price list gives you the advantage when bargaining for materials that are not everyday use or common knowledge.

Prices are distributor's prices (the price the companies sell to distributors) - market prices should be slightly higher.

Kindly share the market prices if you have purchased any item lately,,,

pls the price index aforementioned, what is the time frame as regards to inflation. I ask bcus in some western countries if not all, have a time frame of dare price index, during dis time frame inflation can't hit the price eg Q1 price index will be published, dis give contract bidders less stress as per trying to make claims of price flatuation during execution of contract... Qs in the house pls show urself.

I get ur drift but was is the essence of jan-mar price index when we are in June, the reverse shuld be the case. In contract and market survey wise it shuld be the current price index .. from my brief research, Nigeria economy dnt subscribe to price index, bcus inflation of market price behave like NEPA in Nigerian...Smiles
