Most yur decoder start searching press off button nd press on again if u don't have a remote

my gotv strength nd quality sinal is 0% nd have took it to their office with d anterna nd it work well on getting home nd I set it again BT still 0% nd av raise d pole up again pls wat can I do oooo one month sub since Nigeria first match nd another one tmro now....
