Even members of the APC know that there the possibility of their party winning the 2019 elections is slim. Most of them are patiently waiting for the right time to defect. Some PDP members have defected to the APC with the sole purpose of monitoring the APC's progression and planning as spies and hence report back to the PDP to enable them know what they are up against.
