The ex-Kano State gov Rabiu Kwankwaso, who loyalist to the party APC, has been questioned in recent time, following his absence at the just concluded National Convention of the Party in Abuja, recently had a chat with veteran journalist and media mogul Dele Momodu, where he reveals master plan on how PDP can win the election ahead of APC in the next year general election.

He further says that for PDP to defeat Buhari in 2019 they need not to handpick or force any candidate on the party, because if they do that they will fail.

“PDP needs someone from the 3k States, Kano, Katsina and Kaduna to win the next election. That’s where the votes are. It would be difficult to win if they pick someone from any other zone…”

He further speaks on why he did not attend the just concluded APC‘s National Convention in Abuja last week:

“A man who respects himself should never force himself on anyone,” he stated. He said he is proud of his contributions to APC and how God used him to deliver 1.9 million votes to Buhari in the last election. Does he mean he has finally dumped the party? He appeared serious this time without exhibiting any bitterness: “I’m a free man now and available to try my luck elsewhere but I know that PDP is the biggest party and as long as they follow democratic principle, Buhari will easily be defeated, but if they handpick and force any candidate on the party, they will fail. “

You guys make the mistake of thinking North Central is only Benue and Plateau. Buhari cannot lose the other NC central states - Niger, Kwara, Kogi, Nasarawa, FCT.

If Buhari thinks he will hsve a smooth election ride, he will be shocked in 2019 just as GEJ was in 2015.
2019 won't be like 2015. the political dynamics have changed to his disadvantage.
Kwankwaso is ever ready to proof to buhari and Ganduje that he is still the top Gladiator of Ksno politics. Ksno APC will be decimated almost by half if Kwankwaso swings his political machinery against APC in kano.
The middle belt is already badly decimated for Buhari. thanks to his Fulani herdsmen.
The East and South - South is a no go area. The APC supporters in these states will at most vote for Governorship candidates and throw their votes against the Presidential candidate.
