unless your details appeared in the senate list you won't be able to get the exemption cert, you should complain to the school, that's the only, the school will know a way to handle that

I have the same issue. The date of birth on jamb is different and that was what nysc uploaded.. the cafe guy told me i should be able to change it later.. nd wen i googled i saw that you can change it.. but the link is not yet available
