A police inspector had his male member cut off while he was performing a sexual act on a 13-year-old boy in Tudun Markabu, Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State. According to Vanguard, the inspector whose name was not given, was reportedly in the habit of raping young boys in the area. But he met his Doom when his last victim used a knife to cut off his penis.
