Job Description/Responsibilities of A Customer Care representative:

*Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
*Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
*Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
*Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
*Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
*Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
*Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
*Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements/Skills:
*Applicant should have Bsc,OND,HND or a qualified certificate in any related field of study
*Applicant should be teachable and learnable
*Applicant should be a resident of Delta State and must be familiar with its environs
*Knowledge of Computer is an added advantage
*Must be in age bracket of (21-24)years

Salary range: 40,000-45,000
