Emergency management, on the other hand, is an on-field, hands-on type, and physically demanding job; that is to be really effective in it. An ex-military person would have been a better fit for this job, instead of this man who's really really good at sitting in an office with a tie.

Mark my words, under this Lemo man, more emergencies will be managed from some office in Abuja, instead from the field where events are happening.

Can you name any Federal road government is collecting toll presently?..... Big picture (That is the plan after completion of those roads).... Toll won't even start without legislative go ahead and not sure such bill is at the Senate or Rep presently...

Previously toll was a corrupt venture and need a proper implementation with the success of Lekki toll template.... Let's give them time... We will all witness Nigeria of our dreams

Your "not-office-job" reference demonstrates a rather myopic view of the remits of FERMA. FERMA as an organisation is composed of 7 divisions and only Road Maintenance Management Service (RMMS) has a field facing/oriented mode of operations.
